Banana Toffee Cake




Egg                       3

Butter                   3 ounce

Vanilla essence    ½ tsp

Brown Sugar        6 ounce

Flour                    6 ounce

Banana                 4

Baking Powder     1 ½ tsp

Golden syrup       2 tbsp


For Topping:


Butter                   3 ounce

Condensed milk   ½ tin


Baking Time:     20 minutes

Temperature:      180 or number 4




* Beat Butter properly.

* Add brown sugar, vanilla essence and golden syrup in butter and beat them all together to make a fluffy mixture

* Now start adding 3 eggs (both egg white and egg yolk) one by one and beat them

* Take 4 banana’s, mash smoothly and add them into the butter batter and beat

* Take Flour 6 ounce, add Baking powder 1 ½ tsp and fold them with spatula

*batter is ready to pour in mould or cake linear (depending upon the shape you want to give) put the mould in oven to bake about 20 minutes.

* As cake is in oven we will prepare yummy topping for cake




* Melt butter in a pan and add condensed milk.

* When your cake is baked chill it at room temperature and pours the toffee topping on cake.


If you want to decorate it with banana’s then slices the banana and places them on cake. Banana Toffee cake is all set to eat.
